Breakfast Baked Eggs

Ingredients


6 eggs
6 slices of bread
2 cups of milk
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of dry mustard
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage


Directions


Brown an drain your sausage and crumble into small pieces

Break bread in small pieces (cubes)

Beat eggs in bowl.  Add 2 cups milk and the broken bread pieces.
Add salt, dry mustard and cheese.  Stir together.
Add sausage to this entire mixture.

Pour into a 9x13 greased baking dish

Cover and put in refrigerator overnight.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
 

This dish is especially good if you have company and want to fix a good
but easy breakfast.   I have substituted egg beaters for the six eggs
and used turkey sausage to cut down on the amount of fat.
